Since 1995 Bannerbridge has been a distributor for Fargo Electronics, the world’s leading manufacturer of ID card printers and has provided pre and post sales support, consumables, service and repairs for the complete range of Fargo ID card printers.

Bannerbridge holds accreditation as a Fargo Authorised Repair Centre which is manned by manufacturer trained engineers who have a wealth of knowledge and experience of all current printer models as well as legacy machines.

The Company offers both an in-warranty and chargeable repair service as well as telephone and email support.

Chargeable repairs are billed at fixed hourly rates which are machine specific plus parts and shipping, where applicable. Quotes are always provided before proceeding with repairs.**

The Company holds an extensive range of Fargo spares, so turnaround time for repairs is usually minimal.

If you have a Fargo printer that you would like to return for service or repair, then simply complete the form below. You will then receive a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number along with details on where to return your printer.

Many faults can be rectified without the need to return the printer to us. If our engineers feel this is possible they may call you instead of sending an RMA form
