For smaller organisations who don’t need to issue a large number of cards, Bannerbridge can design, print and database card user information for you using a secure server.

The first part of the service is to design your card. All we need is the card layout sent in Windows JPEG or TIFF file format. We will produce a proof within 48 hours and email or send a hard copy to you. It is possible to have multiple fields on the card. These can include photographs, text, signatures and barcodes. Magnetic stripes can be encoded for applications such as door entry, library access, canteen allowances etc. during the card printing process.
If you want us to undertake your card design from scratch, we can get our in-house graphics designers on the case. Just send us a sketch of your ideas, together with a list of the fields that you want on the card, such as company logo, card holder’s name, position, employee number, expiry date etc. via email or post. We will then design your ID card and send you a proof as above.

Once the proof has been signed off, you simply send us the details of the individuals for whom cards are to be produced. This can be sent by email or posted on a CD. We can also use photographs accompanied by written data for each user.
Your ID cards are printed using an HDP high definition re-transfer printer. This means that your card will printed edge-to-edge in virtual litho quality, a much higher quality then standard ID card printing.
