Since 2000 Bannerbridge has been a distributor for Primera Technology, the world’s leading manufacturer of CD/DVD printers and duplicators and has provided pre and post sales support, consumables, service and repairs for their complete range.
Our Authorised Repair Centre is manned by engineers who are manufacturer trained and have a wealth of knowledge and experience of all current printer models as well as legacy machines.
The Company offers both an in-warranty and chargeable repair service as well as telephone and email support.
Chargeable repairs are billed at fixed hourly rates which are machine specific plus parts and shipping, where applicable. Quotes are always provided before proceeding with repairs.**
The Company holds an extensive range of Primera Technology spares, so turnaround time for repairs is usually minimal.
If you have a Primera product that you would like to return for service or repair, then simply complete the form below. You will then receive a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) number along with details on where to return your printer.
Many faults can be rectified without the need to return the printer to us. If our engineers feel this is possible they may call you instead of sending an RMA form. Please check the Primera Knowledge Base before contacting us to see if there is a quick resolution to your problem.
