Returns & Restocking Policy
Bannerbridge will only accept returned goods if they are accompanied by a Returns Authorisation number.

If it is necessary to return any items please contact Customer Services t: 0870 873 0573. If it is agreed that the goods can be returned a Returns Authorisation Request Form will be sent to you by fax or e-mail. Upon receipt of the completed form we will issue an RA number, the form displaying the RA number must be affixed to the outside of the box/boxes. Please do not write on the outside of the box/boxes. RA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only.

Any returned goods without an RA number or an expired RA number will not be accepted. Any product returned after being ordered incorrectly or reported to be defective but found to be in good working condition, will attract a 20% restocking charge. All original packing, manuals, cables, drivers etc. must be returned. Any product returned in a box that is not in a re-saleable condition will attract an extra 10% charge.

Bannerbridge does not issue advance replacement for faulty goods. It is necessary to obtain an RMA number and return the defective units. Once the goods have been varified by a Bannerbridge engineer as being faulty a replacement unit will be shipped or a credit note issued.

Products received from Bannerbridge that have incurred damage by the courier must be reported immediately. Products that are received in faulty condition or D.O.A. (dead on arrival) must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

The cost of returning goods will be at the buyer’s expense, except where goods have incurred damage by courier or have been received D.O.A. (dead on arrival).
