How will I know if my order has been received, when will I receive it?

We will keep you informed about the status of your order all the way through the process, from order placement to delivery. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to acknowledge receipt of it and if the item is not in stock, we will give you an estimated lead time. If at any point the lead time changes, we will inform you immediately, so that you will know when delivery is due.

 

I have placed an order and need to amend it- what do I do?

Once an order has been placed, it is possible to amend details such as product mix, delivery address etc, providing the order hasn't already been despatched. If you do need to make any changes, please call us on 01268 419 101.

 

What is your returns policy?

If you order a product in error, we are normally happy to accept it back providing it is sent back in its original packaging, preferably in an outer carton and in a re-saleable condition. Prior to sending any product back, it is essential that you contact is in order to obtain an RMA number. No goods will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
Once we receive the returned goods into our warehouse, we will contact you and, if appropriate, will arrange to credit your account with the value of the returned goods less a 20% restocking charge. If goods returned are not in a saleable condition or are missing items such as manuals or power supplies, we may not accept the return and will ship the items concerned back to you.

 

Can you drop ship goods to my customer?

We can ship goods under plain label to your customers at no additional charge. In this case we will ask you to confirm the delivery address, contact name and telephone number by email.

 

The product I want is not in stock- can I still order it?

You can order any item on-line regardless of whether or not we have it in stock. If, for any reason, we can't obtain the item you have ordered and you have paid upfront for it we will issue you with a refund immediately.

 

How will my goods be despatched?

All goods will be despatched by UPS or Fedex on a next business day service. There will need to be someone available to sign for the goods, when they arrive at your site.

 

My order has not arrived- what should I do?

If your order has not arrived, please contact our sales team.

All of our orders are despatched by courier, so we can track them easily online. If the courier is having difficulties delivering the goods to you, we will do everything we can to help.
