How does Freddie work?

Freddie automatically decorates biscuits in almost any shape using your own royal icing – by precisely applying and flooding the surface. It uses an advanced vision system called FreddieView™, along with topographic sensors, to analyse both your icing recipe and the surface structure of each individual biscuit. This allows it to calculate exactly how much icing is needed and where it should be applied.

No manual alignment or placement is required – Freddie’s camera captures a digital image of each biscuit and detects its outline.

The machine can operate in either carousel mode or manual mode, with carousel mode being the most efficient. Up to 12 biscuits can be processed at once. For irregularly shaped biscuits, the included trays ensure correct positioning.

A filled cartridge is enough to frost around three dozen biscuits with a diameter of 83 mm (3.25"), at a speed of approximately one minute per biscuit.
