What happens next?

We will email you the courier label to be attached to the box with the faulty item in.
We will email you an RMA form telling you what to send back with your faulty item, please include this with the returned item.
The courier will collect on the date(s) you specified. Please make sure the box is ready for collection.

Please note: If the goods are not ready with the courier label attached in time for the driver to collect you will still be charged. Any further collection attempts will incur a further collection charge of £10.00.
